Pranayama
On regular Fridays from 09:00 am - 09:30 am. Amit shares his love of pranayama for anyone who wishes to join in. These are complimented by online sessions once or twice per month to re-inforce foundations.
Mission Cafe
Post practice - head upstairs to the cafe for a complimentary bowl of porridge, or enjoy breakfast in the restaurant. The outdoor roof terrace is an oasis during the summer months.
